@jenskyverge Help! I tried to delete the catalog and do the set up from the start and now i only get 100something products on my facebook page.

is this because of the new update?

Thank you for your answer. Actually the plugin uses those tags in the name to recognise the language. So those are in the name of each products.

I have found solutions for previous versions of facebook for woocommerce but the dont seem to work now. I’m providing a link so you can see the solutions and maybe help me to fix this.

I’ve tried that but still i get 439 products only and no categories when trying to create a set.

I tried this but this is not the problem. I also tried creating a new product and it sync just fine without any inventory.

I have 992 products and only 430 sync to Facebook.

It turns out that the inventory is turned off for our products so it’s only “in stock” and “out of stock” option.

The problem regarding the inventory is that we dont use woocomerce for managing our stock so a lot of products dont have any quantity values.

Could this be the problem? Our products catalog is really long so i cant know for sure if the products that show up are the ones that have an inventory. Should i try to set an inventory number for all products and try to sync the products again?

The missing categories are not only those that excluded. Actually most of the categories don’t show up.

I created the catalog using the setup wizard. Should i try to do it again?

So i cant use it on other pages like product categories etc?

I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, make the changes in settings again and now its working like a charm on my shop sidebar but not on any custom sidebars i have.

Is that a limitation of the free version?
