You were correct, Mailpoet was out of date. I have updated the plug-in to 4.42.1

I paused and resumed the mailing but its still hung up. Please advise.

I changed the email.

please proceed to delete support address. When you do, I’ll wait for your notification then I’ll change info addres to support.

use the subscription plan linked to the email [email protected], then delete the account linked to [email protected] and change the email at the info@ account to the support@ email address. Please un-pause the account. Let me know what steps I need to take next. Thank you so much.

Could you please make the account only under [email protected] and remove [email protected] entirely? If not, please at least un-pause the service under [email protected] because as of now, I cannot use the system.

I got the email but it wasnt clear how to communicate to you after i cleaned the list so you could reactivate it. Thank you SO much for reactiviting it.

As for the accounts, I really want to use [email protected] instead of [email protected] on my original account. Can i still do that?

I’m getting SPF Sender Invalid – envelope rejected messages on the newsletter im sending out.

I used the SPF tool and it passes.

Two things.

1. I accidently cancelled both plan under gooddeedclosings.com. Could you please reactivate my most recent cancellation?
2. In the past, the premium plugin has been made available to me even when its a free account. The download link is not available where it was available before.
