Ok, that’s probably the reason. Currently Elementor Pro is not supported, we are planning to release a Pro version which will have Elementor Pro support as well as some of the premium addon plugins.

Update: I retyped all the quotations and finally got the result on the front-end ??

By the way, I copied the code directly from the How do I use the shortcode? FAQ section. After retyping the type=”single” with proper quotation marks, which is probably the cause of the ciritical error I got an empty div. Here is my shortcode code example:

[eps type="single" slug=”nocturne-dark-mode” field=”active_installs” cache=”43200″ before=”” after=””]

This error is related to the new PHP version, Kirki is not compatible with the latest PHP.

I see, thanks for the clarification. That’s the purpose of the Activate dark mode as default setting, it forces your site to always load in dark mode even if you navigate or refresh pages. It is more suitable for websites that use a dark scheme as default and don’t intend to switch to light mode.

I tested it on our setup with and without “Activate dark mode as default” setting and couldn’t detect any issue. Here you can check the live page demo, the page should look dark by default – https://nocturne.deothemes.com/test-page/

The plugin saves the settings in localStorage so the dark mode should be preserved when navigating pages. Please provide me with the example link where it doesn’t work.
