If it’s not based on real directories, if then I place a

disallow: /go/

will that prevent google from crawling all affiliate links like:

/go/1
/go/2
/go/3

Etc?

I thought this would only work if there was an actual directory named /go/

So you’re saying I don’t need to create a /go/ subfolder, I can just add /go/ to the link every time, so for example:

Source URL: /go/product
Target URL: product.com

Even if mysite.com/go/ doesn’t exist?

Since this seems like a lot of work and maybe something wordpress is not even designed for, would it work if I create an external database using a different CMS and then simply embed it in my wordpress site?

We have a blog (about adult topics) with about 300 articles. I want to insert a simple box into each blog post. Before the second H2 heading. I will code the box myself, it’s a simple div thing like this

I have updated both wordpress and plugin and I used the “ignore all parametes” setting and the redirect now works also on instagram.

About the other issue, it fixed itself with the update.

Is it possible to reset the hit count for some redirects?

About updating, I will not because it’s not compatible with my current WordPress version. About the twitter card enabled or disabled, I tried both settings and the results are identical.

I just realized that also for the posts it’s not showing, just for some posts yes, for others not. All URLs I entered in my screen recording are valid URLs of course. I don’t want mention my website to be mentioned in this thread, but you can see it in the video and try your tests:

It seems to me this feature is requested, hopefully some hustler web dev will spot the opportunity and make a quick plugin out of it.
