Thanks for your comment Jan. Good to know that it wasn’t the plugin author. Since my question was related to the mentioned support thread I thought it was the “best place”.
But anyway, dear MailPoet team please comment the following statement:
A data processing agreement with MailPoet is not needed since I am sending my emails over my own WordPress site.
Or are you processing data in any way even if I have this setting activated? If not, I think that a DPA with my hosting provider should be sufficient.
Thank you.
Thank you for your reply. I understand that the customization of the plugin is not included in your support.
But I am not really sure if this can be seen as a customization. You are saying that the plugin is “multisite compatible”. So using a membership plugin in a multisite I think the ability to create new sites by the user should be a standard feature.
Do you think you can include this in your next update as a predefine field in your form builder?
In the meantime I will take a look at the developers documentation.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Hueman] Shortcodes are not working in rss feedsActually it did work. But it just works for new rss feeds, not for the old ones. This issue can be closed.
Hi,
thank you for your reply. I did include the scripts in the <head> tag. Please see the screenshot below with the source code. I still think this is a css issue. Normally if I use the MailPoet widget you have a display: none; applied to the class “abs-req”. But if I use the html code on the coming soon page this css rule gets not applied. Or do you set this css rule with JS?
Any ideas?
I just noticed that it’s not because of the kirki plugin. The export doesn’t work only at one of my themes. But still the question is, do you know what could be the reason that the export button doesn’t work?
What makes it even more difficult, I don’t get any errors, the download simply doesn’t start.
Thanks.
