Hi Dawn – have you managed to get an update on this issue that we share?

Very much appreciated Dawn – as your relay of the solution may save us as a SNAP customer.

Wish I could say YES, Dawn, but it’s near impossible to get a response these days from the SNAP Support team. We’ve tried everything to get their attention, but zero response. Been happy customers for about 8 years, but seriously considering ditching SNAP and demanding a refund. Do let me know if you learn of a solution to the Support Issue you mentioned.

Note: We have tried the notion of disabling all plug-ins to check for conflicts, but it hasn’t resolved this issue.

Appreciate your remarkable diligence here (and that of Roger) in trying to resolve this issue, Jeremy. We’ve decided to retreat at this stage, as the time invested in seeking a solution can be best spent elsewhere. We’re going to deactivate JetPack for now in hopes that the next Update will bring with it a resolution. Meanwhile, we’ll simply seek some of the key functionality (e.g. Publicize, etc.) via an alternative plugin.
