I’m so sorry about the disappointment you must feel at this time. We completely understand that our plugin would not be the perfect solution for everyone and that what works perfectly within one WordPress environment may not work in another.
We did assume wrongly that the solution would work perfectly within your WordPress environment and we’re truly sorry about that. This led us to offer to grant you a full refund immediately we came to this realization but we got no response from you. Our assumption (as with many cases we have seen) was that you found another use for our plugin outside of your initial requirement.
It has been 3 weeks since we offered to fully refund your purchase before you submitted a refund request and unfortunately, you were already outside of the timeframe stated on our refund policy.
My teammates and I show up every workday, committed to making our products and the experiences our customers have using them a positive one. It’s rather unfortunate that we somehow lost that with you.

Our plugin can indeed handle this request. However, you’d need the PRO version to successfully set this up.What you’d like to achieve is a bulk discount on specific products and we have guides that you could refer to in order to appropriately configure the discount settings.

NB: Please note that the admin demo is only available for 1 hour; after which you could request another demo.

Seems what you’d like to achieve is the reverse case of the new feature we added. You want coupons to disable a specific discount type triggered by our plugin, however, our plugin disables coupon activity based on specific discount types our plugin triggers.
I’m not entirely sure if this is a solution that can be customized specifically for you but if you’re considering the possibility of our dev team modifying the PRO version of our plugin for you to accommodate your requirements, please get in touch with us here.

I do understand your position and how you must feel about the present situation of things.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we also understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. I looked through our conversations with you where you stated the initial problem; this query was submitted 3 weeks after your refund policy window (we have proof).
It’s unfortunate that our plugin didn’t work perfectly for you and I’m indeed sorry that your refund request came outside of the refund policy window.
