    I’m getting the exact same problem on my live site. This has been going on for about 3 weeks.

    Started with checks returning Not Available so i removed and re-registered the plugin and am now not able to fully re-activate it. Instead i get stuck in an eternal loop of signing up, registering on the RapidCarCheck site, receiving the welcome email, then instead of getting the dashboard page showing how many available daily searches i have, i get asked to signup again. Seems to not be making a connection to the API.

    Hosting company say there is no issue with firewalls. I have a separate instance running on a dev server hosted elsewhere and this seems to be still working fine.

    I’ve reached out to RapidCarCheck several times via email but they never reply. Managed to get their attention via Facebook for a short while but hasn’t led to them helping to provide a solution sadly, and now they’re not replying anymore

    Anyone got any suggestions to get this working, or can suggest an alternative plugin?

    I’ve spoken to TSOHOST support over webchat and they could not offer a solution. Only to use an alternative SMTP plugin, which doesn’t help!

    Has anyone else encountered a similar situation where the Wizard does not offer SMTP – office365.com:587 as a socket option?

    Is there a ‘specific’ config setting that i can request from TSO that would solve this?

    I note on the Wizard it states ‘Note that many WordPress hosts, such as GoDaddy, Bluehost and Dreamhost, require that you use their mail accounts with their mail servers, and prevent you from using others.’ Does this mean i would have to bring my domain’s mailboxes back into TSOHOST as they cannot be reached at o365? ??
