Hmm.. Try to change your navigator or reboot your computer.It also coulb be files in your documents. Or it’s simplys takes time to remove it completly.

You could try to block the button to send messages. If they don”t awnser to all questions, the button stay lock.

I don’t think that’s possible. The people will have to writte some exact words for the data base. I don’t think it can do it.

Try to install a program who will send automatic message to your vendors. I think there is plugin for that.
