In reply to: [Preview E-mails for WooCommerce] Critical Error on PHP v8.1Hello,
Thank you for the quick reply – I’m not seeing anything in the error logs, but when setting the site to PHP v8.1 to test, I’m getting “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” at the bottom of the New Order email preview, and the email doesn’t send. When I switch to v7.4, then no error, and the email sends fine.

In reply to: [Flexy Breadcrumb] Showing Category in BradcrumbsSorry about that, it’s not letting me upload it as initially expected, so I’ve changed it to a Pasteboard link.

In reply to: [Flexy Breadcrumb] Showing Category in BradcrumbsThanks for getting back with me – that might be the issue then, as we don’t have that option in the latest version of the plugin. Please see the linked screenshot. Possible bug?

In reply to: [User Switching] 500 Error Trying to Switch UserIt’s now working again on our end too – I had forgotten that we had Cloudflare on the site, and after that refreshed, the User Switching is working again.
Thanks for the help.

In reply to: [User Switching] 500 Error Trying to Switch UserThanks for the follow-up – do you have an email address that I can send you a quick screen recording to show you the behavior?
Hi Armando,
Correct – but is there a way to revise that without editing the plugin directly (which would lose the changes upon updates)? Thanks
Tracked this down to trying to swap the default “No products in list” text. Is there a way that we can revise that text snippet?

In reply to: [View Admin As] Ability to show full customer names in front-end search?Hi Jory,
Thank you for the note – it’s only displaying the full display name for a couple users that I’ve found thus far – most users returned in the search are only showing up as first name only. For instance, the site has about 20 members with variations of “Jeff” in their names, and here are the top results: https://snipboard.io/jUBdEi.jpgI’ve double-checked, those users all have their first and last names populated in the admin.
Any thoughts on how to tweak to always show full names (first and last) in the results?
Thanks for your help,
JonathonThere are only 2 FTP accounts on the hosting, and they are both ours.
Is there any way to confirm exactly what WordFence is seeing to determine why?
Thanks for the follow up – that’s the odd thing, no users were created outside of WordPress, and WordFence only started showing this notice a few days ago. WordFence has been active since launch last year.
The dummy ‘admin’ account is just a subscriber level account (was never actually an admin).
With each WordFence scan now, it keeps showing that alert though.
Not sure what to assume?
Hello, thanks for the quick reply – I checked with the web host, and they said they don’t access the database unless requested through support ticket.
Still, the only ‘admin’ named account I see in the database is the dummy account (subscriber level) that I set up inside WordPress.
Any thoughts? I don’t want to ignore it if there’s an issue – I’m just not seeing anything of a cause, so want to make sure it’s a false positive.
Hi Aert,
Sorry about the lack of follow-up – we weren’t able to test the safe mode with the user traffic the site gets, so we’ve decided to go a different route for GDPR plugin. The Complianz plugin has been great, but Authorize.net functions fine when it’s disabled, and we had to keep things moving. It could be a 3rd party issue with another plugin somehow and not Complinz at all, but we weren’t able to track it down.Thank you for your help,
Jonathon
