In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Issues with update to v10.2Hi @foomagoo ,
Thanks for updating one of a kind PO.I was supposing that we are experiencing the same issue with @oxfordmetadata. Plugin Organizer was just stopped working in my first assume. Then I realized PO is working as expected but not working on custom post type pages. I tested this case on a same Plugin Filter. I disabled all plugins on the filter so the page affected and lost all its functionality but custom post type did not affect by this change. I added both regular pages and custom post type pages as permalinks. Changes are immediately applied to the pages but custom post types are not effected by any change. I had updated to the latest version from 10.1.10 I was supposing that was the case. We are relying on the Plugin Filters. I migrate my production site to my local environment and saw that permalinks were staying as the production site’s domain. I changed them as the local domain. And also added https://test2025.local/wp-json/test/v1/test-status/*/ to the permalinks list. Because this endpoint was also used by my targeted pages. Is adding these endpoints to the permalinks of Plugin Filters the right thing to do also?
Is there anything to do to make PO work with custom post types?- This reply was modified 1 week, 6 days ago by demironmanx. Reason: With new findings changed my case and assumption
You are right, Oleg. I saw that later, not only PWFW, but a bunch of other plugins displaying the same notices in the debug.log
Thanks for replying me.
Best regards

Hi @miliighe,
I tried to reply you on the https://supportcandy.net/support-ticket/?wpsc-section=ticket-list&ticket-id=******&auth-code=xxxxxxx with the guest login you have provided to me. But I couldn’t submit my reply to there. When I click submit, a dialog box is opening at the top and it says, “Are you sure?” like trying to discard the message that I wrote. And when I refresh the ticket’s page, my new replies are not visible. So I am unable to reply you yet.
I wanted to create an admin for you soon, but I couldn’t send the credentials with the guest login feature.
Thank you
Hi @miliighe, Thanks for returning. I’ve tried removing myself, since there is no add new button, I am not able to add myself again now. Then, I deactivated and deleted and reinstalled and activated the plugin. But still there is no “Add New” button for me as an administrator. I can only see tickets from an other administrator’s view now and not from my default admin account since I am no longer an admin in Support Candy. There is no “Add New” button for anybody. How?
Hi guys,
Similar issue here. As an administrator I couldn’t see the “Add New” button in anywhere.
Support > Settings > Ticket Categories.
Support > Support Agents > Agents
Support > Custom Fields > Ticket Form Fields
…
Really didn’t understand why. I emptied functions.php, deactivated many plugins, no avail. Seems like a permission problem but how. There is also no sign of error. Any idea?

In reply to: [APCu Manager] APCu interferes with WP CLI plugin commandsSorry, I tried again but I couldn’t replicate the issue either. Many thanks again for bothering you. I’ll try to replicate it in the future again.
Thanks a lot.

In reply to: [APCu Manager] APCu interferes with WP CLI plugin commandsHi Dear Pierre,
I hope you are fine.
While APCu caches data in memory, which might lead to inconsistencies between what WP-CLI sees and what’s actually in the database? Or is this the nature of all object caching mechanisms?
I decided to temporarily deactivate the object cache beforehand for better troubleshooting.
After deactivating APCu, I double-checked the status of the plugins both via WP-CLI and the WordPress admin to ensured that they’re in sync now.
Is there any configuration for APCu to work better with WP-CLI? Such as this involves setting up APCu to not cache certain operations or to clear its cache when WP-CLI commands are run.
Best regards,

In reply to: [APCu Manager] Only WP-Admin Object caching possible ?There are some good news here.
- I figured out that my frontend problem was a “500 Internal Server Error ” at example.com/ajax-call possibly caused by PHP Errors in Ajax Response and it solved somehow. Dynamic queries seems working on the frontend while APCu is enabled. In 3.1.1 there was a fix for ajax calls, can it be a new variant of that old problem?
- Plugin Organizer rules effecting loading behaviour of APCu conditionally. I am now enabling / disabling loading of APCu per page.
- Eventhough loading of APCu disabled on a page, the Query Monitor shows “Persistent object cache plugin in use” in that page and everywhere. It’s a good and expected thing indeed.
- After installing DecaLog today the weird thing is I couldn’t get any DecaLog Metrics yet at example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=apcm-viewer and example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=decalog-settings >>> System events-logger status is paused and not clickable to resume or start. WP events log and WP traces added and running.
APCu (mmap) 5.1.23 latest in use.

In reply to: [APCu Manager] Only WP-Admin Object caching possible ?Dear @pierrelannoy ,
First, big thanks for all the PerfOps stack you created. Wow! Totally…
I agree with @unrealnfs about conditional or selectable initialization of APCu. I tried to disable APCu on specific pages with the Plugin Organizer. But no luck at all. And glad @unrealnfs got your attention a while ago. You guys, rocks! God be with you.Dear @tanjiralmamun,
Now I see what’s missing. If we amend orders from Admin side until this feature roll out, is there a manual way for re-calculating vendor earnings behind?
Can we expect this one is included in “Dokan vendor dashboard new design” issue?
Thank you!
