or you can search for a plugin in the WP plugin directory, search for “bilingual” or “multi-language”. qtranslate is one that is free and recommended. wpml is probably the best but it is not free.

Did you install 3 times WordPress in 3 different domains? Could you provid e the urls?

If you have the necessary info you can login to cpanel (server) and change the password with phpmyadmin.

I agree with fonglh, maybe this is a hosting issue. You may check you wp-config.php file if it still in the root folder of your installation and if it contains the correct info.

Have you tried with another browser? deleting your cache maybe? have u made any mods?
