2. fill the sidebar with info you need
3. edit the css/php files

Is there any possibility that you copied the databases? If so you will need to change the urls.

you may also try to hide from google and search engines in general.

The home page usually is a list of posts. If you need to make changes you will need to edit files like, index.php, loop.php etc.

To set the home page to something else WP->settings->reading.

1. you can try disabling your plugins
2. if this does not solve it, try re installing theme.

You have many options

1. sub domains
2. sub folders
3. multisite <- this has the advantage of requiring one db and a centralized login for all users.

Ok, so are these messages related to the plugin? Are you getting them without it? also how are you debugging your website?

You can delete the plugins using FTP and deleting the folder /wp-content/plugins. If the problem persists you can re install WP .

backup db and files
delete db and files

change passwords for ftp,db,cpanel

where do you see the tagline? have you tried changing from WP->settings?

How/when are you getting these messages? are you using any plugin?
