Ok, I have a plugin, Admin Site Enhancements (ASE), that gives an option to allow AVIF files to be uploaded to the media library. It checks for the GD extension, and it shows that it is supported.

However, within the Media settings for Modern Image Formats, it states that AVIF is not supported.

Looks like they pushed out an update 40 or so minutes ago. Fixed for me now.

Could you all maybe pay some attention to the error caused by your Master Slider plugin? Maybe read your support forums every once in a while. Your plugin is breaking the admin on your user’s sites.

Provide a bug fix update please so we don’t have to go through every single site and apply this fix manually.

Plenty of users have notified you of this error over the last month and you’ve managed to ignore it. If you are intent on abandoning this plugin, at least be kind enough to let your user base know.

Why haven’t we heard from the developers on this yet?

I have an issue too. The list of sliders is shown in the backend, but when I try to open them, it get a LOADING….. loop, so can’t access slider settings.

I’m getting the same thing when I am using the channel based embed livestream feature.

The NOT LIVE message will only show up at the end of a livestream. If I refresh the page, I get the THIS VIDEO IS NOT AVAILABLE thumbnail from youtube.

I checked like Morrowtoon to see if looping was enabled, but it is disabled.

I cleared my cache and still have the same message.

Hi Farroyo,

I don’t currently have any styles pasted in that section.

So I added some random text to that section to see if it would give me an error on the backend, and it did.

I removed the text, then saved the page. Then I switched to php8 and everything is fine, no template errors on that page. I thought maybe that was a fluke, but I tried the same thing on another site and it doesn’t have the error now either.

Not sure what that was all about, but now it’s working.

I’m actually not even sure its an error message.

I pushed to a staging environment, deactivated all other plugins, deleted MEC plugin along with MEC data, and reinstalled the plugin.

Created a new event, and it is still defaulting to All Day.

I’ve narrowed it down to the fact that I’m on php 8. When I switch back to php 7.4, the issue is solved.

Is this plugin php 8 compatible?
