php memory limit is set to 128mb, I raised to 256mb to check but nothing happens.
Im using apache suexec, user permisions are set to the username and group of the same user.

Im only using 100mb of 1GB of space, so the space its not the problem I recreated the account to check if it was a quota problem issue and its not.

Even setting the wp-content folders to 777 does nothing.

I uploaded a 10mb file to the upgrades folder without any problem, so there is no problem of space. Is something in the web php enviroment.
