Bootstrap had been removed from version 1.2.0, so, it must be a conflict issue, please deactivate all plugins except WP To Do and then activate one by one, if you still didn’t find then try activating default theme or inspect browsers developer console for any javascript error then I will be able to find a solution for you, thanks

Which version you are using and it will helpful if you can send a screenshot as well.

1. deactivate all other plugins and activate one by one
2. activate default wordpress theme & then repeat step 1
