This plugin that I’m using is fairly in-depth, so I may be in over my head. From what I can see “post_content” is being used with the ‘ht_kb’ post type.

Would you be willing to have a look if I set you up with temporary admin credentials?

Hi Bill. You were right on the money with the ‘category’ taxonomy being different. I was also careless with the hyphens vs. underscores. Thanks for catching these!

This is my revised shortcode …but the entire contents of the post vanishes.
[display-posts post_type="ht_kb" include_content="true" taxonomy="ht_kb_category" tax_term="getting-started"]

Yet, if I remove include_content=”true” (i.e. [display-posts post_type="ht_kb" taxonomy="ht_kb_category" tax_term="getting-started"]) the item appears as expected (without the content displaying).

Any ideas how I can get the content to appear?
