Hi, I found “no-unsafe-inline-output-buffering.php” in exactly the directory you mentioned. So that should not be the issue. I will try to disable and reenable the plugin now and will get back to you in 1 or 2 days.
this is how my settings-page is looking – “Save” greyed out so should be active and the database-status-table is empty as are all the other tables (see image below).
I also cross-checked this in the actual website-database but those plugin-tables are empty too.
