In reply to: [Astra] Custom Breakpoint does not work after updateThank you. Sorry for my slow reply. I just don’t have the time to trouble shoot this right now. I’ll need to figure out another solution. The last couple of updates haven’t resolved it, sadly. Must be something on my end.
Yes, I did that before I posted here. What I’m wondering is if there was somewhere I should have seen this. I noticed that WordFence has a table checking area (nice, btw) but it seems to not actually alert the admin when it finds a problem. I’m still trying to figure out how WordFence could have created this issue in the first place or if there was something else happening.
Thank you for replying.

In reply to: [GDPR] turn off privacy bar not saving in checkboxThat did it!
Thanks!
I was definitely using the latest version. I’ve seen this on the last two updates. But deactivating and activating resolved it.
I appreciate all your hard work and your responsiveness!
I should clarify one bit of my post. I’m asking y’all because I’m hoping you have some rebuttal that I can send back to them. Just really struggling to think that WordFence somehow DAMAGED anything…much less caused such a catastrophic failure. (Note: everything after that table was missing from the backups. Woo comes after Wf…for anyone who wants to groan as they realize the pain I’m dealing with. I did have an older backup that I had fortunately also converted to the newer database format…)

In reply to: [GDPR] Privacy Popup displaying the wrong pageOne I know for sure is…and it is SiteOrigin. Another isn’t using a builder, but I see that they have OrbitFox plugin that has links for sitebuilders. Something to do with the Coffeeisle theme.
And yes, the pop-up has been too aggressive.
Thank you for your work on this plugin. I’ll watch for v2. I wish I could have the shortcodes without that popup for now…
BTW — thank you for your replies. Even though I was quietly working, I was grateful for the information. You helped me keep them running. Great support!
Sorry for the delayed response. For me this happened on live sites, so I was off working on getting them back on line. You are correct that the error was in Elementor. The problem is fixed now.
I did notice it after the update on one site, but clearing the cache resolved it.
I just checked the Elementor support page. Looks like their update may be the issue.
Having the same problem. Elementor and header footer builder updated together. Not sure which caused the break. I had to roll back because we lost main menu on sites using both. Please help.

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] view can not be foundThat was a really good idea, Chris! Sadly…it didn’t fix it. I’m baffled.
Sigh.
@josiah I noticed that they told you to start your own thread and seconded your concern. Thank you so much for letting me know that it didn’t work for you, either. (I thought I was losing my mind…) They did release an update today, but I’m not sure if it fixed it. I had to switch to Edwiser. I had hoped to use the lighter MooWoodle, but with things like this and the struggle I had getting support, I am uncomfortable using it. Edwiser is a beast to set up, and I’m delaying going live for a couple of days to trouble shoot all of the extra add-ons and such required. But the emails worked right out of the box and were editable inside the program. So…there’s that. I’m keeping MooWoodle as my plan B because I really did like the process of selling and going to the Moodle side much better.
I will second Josiah’s concern.
