In reply to: [WooCommerce] Losing value fastThank you. I’ve already worked extensively with some really wonderful support people – and I mean that, you have good support. But sadly, WooCommerce is no longer able to provide an affordable option for my clients due to recent changes. And everything I can see says that is only going to get worse. Hence my review, because I think people need to know that this may become a problem before committing to a plugin.
No worries at all. It is just bizarre because I’ve never had problems with this host before, and after deleting the install completely (not just WordPress, but the entire website account), when I created it new, it worked out of the box just like normal.
So yay for addressing that issue, but I still think there was something else going on with this site install.
I gave up and just deleted the whole site. Installed a new one. Seems fine. I’d love it if anyone could explain to me what might have happened here.
I’m aware that what I’m about to relay probably isn’t relevant. However, this was what SiteGround support found:
————
I found that the request made from the WordFence scanner is coming from a very old user agent:
Chrome/33.0.1750.152
The request is then blocked by our Anti-Bot AI. In this case, please contact the support of WordFence so they can set more modern User Agent.————–
Meanwhile, they created a staging site that worked fine… just like all of my other SiteGround sites that are running WordFence without any problems. I’d appreciate any help you can give me in sorting this out because there are a couple of email addresses attached to this site and I’d rather not delete it if there’s a way around it.
Just curious if others are seeing this as still happening today?
Sorry for the slow response – family emergency. Looking at it now, they still seem stale to me. But maybe I’m misunderstanding how it works now?
When I’ve used it before, just opening an old post, letting it calculate a score, and then saving it caused that post to move into the correct category. I didn’t need to manually enter a focus keyphrase.
Has that changed? I see 14 posts all with scores. I manually entered 2 keyphrases and those are the only two showing as graded in that home page widget. If I’m making sense?
so this error tells you this is necessary? Again? Why does this continue to be needed on multisite installs?
I’ll do it…again…
Thanks.
Looks like that fixed it for me. THANKS!
Just tacking on a message so that I can receive the follow up answer. (As I have the same error.) Thanks folks.

In reply to: [Image and video gallery from Google Drive] site down after updateThank you! We’ve updated and all is well. I appreciate the quick fix.
Thank you so much!
That did solve it! The query args:
/^utm_*/
I vaguely remember that I may have set that after getting a search console error, but I’m not 100% sure, and can’t remember what it was trying to resolved. This may well be my fault!
Remove Query Args is set to Yes. Allowed Query Args is:
/^utm_*/
Would changing that fix it? I’ve still got the plugin disabled for now…
Thanks. I just needed to confirm that.
