In reply to: Edit old WordPress Support PostsIs there a way to send private messages here? I want to avoid linking to the page that has my site URL details on it since that’s what I am trying to remove!

In reply to: Prevent specific WP images from appearing in GoogleI have seen this already. The problem is that there are 1000s of images that need to be hidden from google which means it’s not feasible to manually edit the robots.txt file. Furthermore, because I only need some to be hidden, i cannot edit the robots.txt file to hide all images.
By any chance, do you know if images that can’t be seen without logging into a membership account would be shown in Google image searches?
thanks for your help
Sorry I think i’m not being clear. By where I meant where in the WordPress back end will I be able to insert this html text. Do I enter it on the content restriction tab of the plugin and then turn content restriction on? or should it be entered elsewhere?
fixed it, don’t really know how, was messing around with settings. Thanks for your help
Even when I add a new photo, the old photo link doesn’t change it just stays there in addition to the new photo, it’s like it’s stuck. It is very strange, I don’t know why it’s only showing on mobile either but looks like I’ll have to get rid of the plugin altogether and switch it with an alternative to see if that helps.
thanks anyway
I did it but nothing changed. The square is still there.
Never mind, just seen the Disable Default Excluded URLs script
how/where would I do that?
Also if that is the case, how come it doesn’t show on other platforms, only mobile.
There is no image that I have entered that’s why i’m confused. That’s an old image that was removed a long time ago but when I go into your plugin now, it says I have not chosen an image so I’m unsure what to do
1. Ok no worries
2. Where exactly would that text need to be entered?
3. Thanks
4. Thanks
Another error that I forgot to mention is that when a registered user is logged in, they cannot access the edit profile page, it simply says “You must be logged in to edit your profile”, but on the login and register pages it is showing the user as “already logged in”
