Thank you it worked! The arrows are there, the culprit was ElementsKit Lite plugin.

I tried removing these two, unfortunately didn’t help. I’ve also removed one by one plugins that might be causing it (almost everything that won’t cause my site/contents to crash such as Elementor and Yoast) but still nothing.
