Update!

After 3 days, the Chat Messenger back to the Vietnam language again so the above fix was only a temporary fix.

Please help with this issue. Thank you

Hi, I think I found the solution to this language issue.

What I did was:

1. Update the Facebook Chat Plugin
2. Edit Chat Plugin Configuration
3. Change the language to any language then SAVE
4. Change back to English then SAVE
5. Clear Desktop and Mobile browser CACHE
6. The Chat back to English language

Hi, it’s also happening on the site that I manage but in my case, the language changed to Vietnam on Desktop and Mobile while initially, it was in English. Here’s the pic: Mobile | Desktop.
