Any movement on this? Searching for products in the admin are is kind of an essential function needed for normal store operations. Every day this is not working is literally costing us money in extra man-hours.

I installed and activated the Storefront theme but, unfortunately, it didn’t change anything.

I’m not sure when it started but we just noticed it.

I cloned the site to a staging environment and turned off every plugin except WooCommerce and WC Vendors, and the problem persisted. We’re using the Flatsome theme, so I doubt that’s the issue or you would’ve heard from others by now.

I have a feeling it’s something simple, but I can’t seem to figure it out.

I can give you access to our staging site if need be.

So there’s no way to see a list of products sold for a specific vendor? We aren’t paying a commission through this plugin or through WooCommerce (it’s handled outside of the online store) so when I go to the tab you described, I just get a list of months with everything zero. Even if this was giving me totals, that’s not what I’m looking for.

Does the pro version have a function where I can see a list like this?
