I just bought Fluent CRM Pro

on integrations settings i can see :

ECOMMERCE INTEGRATION:
WooCommerce Integration: Collect and segment email contacts from wooCommerce checkout and send emails. Run funnels, segment your customers into FluentCRM
EDD Integration: Add and segment your EDD customers when someone purchase a product. You can also send a welcome email to your first-time customers with an automated thank you email.Segment your customers and run automatic funnels on product sales and track the conversion rate of your marketing campaigns.

i dont see Surecart

can you explain in details the integration with Surecart please ? what is the difference with the integration with Woocommerce or EDD

ok so what we could do is to create 2 sales funnels :

EN page with EN fluent forms triggering the EN sales funnel on Fluent CRM (all emails in EN)

FR page with FR fluent forms triggering the FR sales funnel on Fluent CRM (all emails in FR)

DE page with DE fluent forms triggering the DE sales funnel on Fluent CRM (all emails in DE)

what do you think about this plan ? is it doable ? is it a working solution / best solution for a multilingual website ?

can we see the Surecart products bought by a user on a Fluent CRM contact page ?

(like we can with woocommerce)

That’s a great news ! we are many to wait for it as i can see a lot of questions about it on all Facebook groups !

It would be great that the basic features of a pipeline would be available :

add deals / link them with contacts and / or companies

add as many pipeline stages as needed (prospecting, demo, proposal etc)

mark deal as lost / won

add as many different pipelines

and one more thing : very important as it makes all the difference :

be able to add activities, related to a deal (like pipeline tools like pipedrive do) : so after adding a deal in the pipeline, what we need is to add an activity to follow up like :

1. call
2. meeting
3. task
4. follow up
5. etc

with date / note etc

that makes a pipeline effective and useful

with that, Fluent CRM will be a supreme tool ??

Last question : when do you think the first version of pipeline will be available ? are we talking some weeks from now ?

Actually there’s a much easier solution :

You can put the FluentSupport block in the SureCart customer dashboard and it should work dandy! When customers are logged in, they can submit tickets without any fuss

with your plugin, can a user create a specific post in FR for instance

or does your plugin only translates EN content (main language) to other languages ?
