but this user is right

We are a web agency and many of our clients use your plugin and they all experienced the same disaster when upgrading to the V3 of your plugin

all their settings were removed without warning

Hundreds of kkstar shortcodes are no long working !

the stars disapperead from google result pages

and i agree with the user above, the new look is very “strange” compared to the previous one, people dont understand it

Are you Michael ? if so my colleague emailed you 8 days ago but received no answer

i am one of his developers, i had to uninstall the plugin and therefore have lost all data, and then had to recreate all contact forms…

took me 2 hours at least

it is now working but can you ensure the next version of your plugin wont be as buggy as this one and won’t require to uninstall the previous one ?

En effet, c’est une demande récurrente de nos clients

comme discuté, plutot qu’un plugin WP, le plus simple serait la possibilité de personnaliser un formulaire en drag&drop sur une page de config dans l’admin sellsy et ensuite d’avoir un output à coller sur un site, quelque soit le CMS (ou non) utilisé par le site

en effet, nombre de nos clients ne sont pas sur WP (Magento, presta, symfony etc)

Oh my friend just told me there is something to do too :

people usually have many subcategories on their shops, with 2-3 products per subcategory, which makes 25 products for the whole parent category for instance

It’s weird to see only the same 3 products when clicking “next”

I think many people will tell you the same

Could you set the parent category instead of the subcategory ?

i just tested the new version, good job, now it stays in the same category

i tested but there is something strange :

the previous button gives all products in the same category

but the next button gives only some of them, not all of them ! i tried on different categories and noticed the same behavior

yes we chose the right options :

same category : yes

taxonomy to follow : category

the behaviour is : we can navigate from product to product within the same category but when we are on the last product of the category then the “next” button would send us to another category, instead of coming back to the first product of the same category

We test it on our shop, and we have the same problem as John :

We want to stay in the same category when clicking on “previous” “next” we dont want to go another category, how to retrict only to the current category ?

We noticed that if the beginning of the permalink of a new post is already in use then it gives a 404

like :

site.com/holidaysxxxxxxx

then

site.com/holidaysyyyyyy wont work

by changing the beginning of the permalink to :

site.com/the-holidaysyyyyyy then it works !
