Rather than trying one old version at a time, I would suggest you install WP Rollback Plugin. with this, you can install any previous version of a plugin. No need for manually downloading.

You can try installing a previous/old version of Updraft and then restore your website with the backup you made, once your backup is restored just update the plugin to the latest version.

To get any old version of the plugin please click on the “Advanced View” under the plugin details section and then just go to the bottom of the page and select an old version that might work for you.
