No, I didn′t request a refund – paid 197 USD for support that didn′t help. It even took more than a week to get PMPro Plus because the purchase on your own website has a problem when the checkbox for the recurring payments is marked. And I really don′t understand why a developer should be available – this is not mentioned before the purchase. That′s really not fair! You offer different add-ons and of cause I expect they work together fine (I′ve only tested 5 out of 62 and this was already very exhausting).

    I had simple requirements:
    – new members that register get a free membership
    – this memberships can be upgraded to Gold (monthly recurring) or Platin (not recurring, for a year)
    – memberships have to be synchronized with user roles
    – pay by wire transfer / PayPal / credit card

But PMPro can′t do this because:
    – when a member cancels the membership the time that has been paid for gets lost
    – when a membership ends the user gets the user role “subscriber” and has no membership (should get the free one)
    – only two payment services can be used at a time
    – recurring payments don′t work using PayPal
    – many texts can′t be translated because they are not prepared using __() or _e()

I think my requirements are no rocket science and should be easy to do. But PMPro fails and your support does not offer solutions – have a look at your forum. Some customers cry for help and ask for response several times but nobody answers. For us (your customers) this results in a payment solution that′s really hard to setup and when (hopefully) everything works you have to be scared of the next update because you probably have to test and fix everything again. This does not feel so good…

A Revenue-Generating Machine with sand in the gears – just my two cents.

    Hello!
Will this be fixed? I′m having lots of tags where characters like:

    ? , : & – ;

are included in the tags. A setting how many characters a tag should have minimum would be perfectly!

    Thanks for your work!

Yeah! You made it! Works perfectly now.
Thanks for your quick support! ?

    Same problem here!
The shortcodes [user_login] and [user_email] are not being replaced with the user′s data.

The other emails are working – it′s only “User Forgot Password Email Settings” that don’t work.

    Same problem here.

When editing in frontend nothing is saved. And editing in backend the options (css / js that should be removed) are stored when updating the page, but in the html of the page nothing changed.

Tried this with different browsers, no caching enabled.

Maybe my fault to expect the smilies to be displayed in the text input field, too. I see the codes (e.x. :bye: :good: :negative: ) there but no smilies. But that′s fine for me.

    Thanks for your help!

I did – checkbox already has been activated.

Two examples: When clicking on the first to icons under the input field, this is being displayed inside the input field:

    HTML replace checked:

    <img class='wpml_ico' alt='https://domain.com/wp-content/icons/wpml_bye.gif' src='https://domain.com/wp-content/icons/wpml_bye.gif' /><img class='wpml_ico' alt='https://domain.com/wp-content/icons/wpml_good.gif' src='https://domain.com/wp-content/icons/wpml_good.gif' />

    HTML replace not checked:

    :bye: :good:

I never see any icons in the input field. Is this normal?

On my page the option “Order Glossary terms archive alphabetically” doesn′t do anything. The display is always sorted in the wrong direction and does not change even when I mark the checkbox. Also installed the “Intuitive Custom Post Order”-Plugin and manually ordered the entries but this does not change anything. Feels like they are sorted by id not by title…

Maybe something is wrong in the way the divs (<div class="slide-entry-wrap">) are being generated…

Ok, I surely understand you can′t fix the problem with my map.

It would be interesting if you could add the term “code” to your site and see if this would alter the link “…to Codeat – Coders who knows marketing. This..” on https://codeat.co/glossary/hello-world/

And maybe some shortcode like [noglossary] Some content here [/noglossary] would be a good idea. I think there will always be some theme or other plugin that gets trouble by the glossary links. Using this codecode for marking some content on a page that doesn′t have to be touched by the glossary plugin could be an option for having a solution if anything does not work.

Ok, fatal error is gone. ??

    Some links are still broken:
    <a href="https://gruss-aus-<a">berlin</a>

No, unfortunately not. All the checkboxes “Enable also in following archives” were already not marked.

I think the problem will occur on other pages also when the plugin replaces a word in an URL like it does in this example:

    <a href="https://gruss-aus-<a">berlin</a>
    .com/zeitreise-zur-stunde-null/ class='av-image-hotspot_inner' style=' '>29

This will break any page because the link gets damaged – this is wrong html.

Tried version 1.1.0 but the plugin causes a fatal error:

Warning: require_once(../wp-content/plugins/glossary-by-codeat/includes/functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/web021/e2/76/52546876/…/wp-content/plugins/glossary-by-codeat/glossary.php on line 34 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘../wp-content/plugins/glossary-by-codeat/includes/functions.php’

Ok, thank you – I found it.
None of these checkboxes are enabled in my settings.

The map is just an image with hotspots. This is no plugin – it′s included in the theme.
    See: https://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/images-with-hotspots/

I looked on the settings page but can′t see any option for disabling the glossary here. Might be tricky disabling a whole page – maybe a shortcode that can be placed around an element that should not be touched by the glossary would be fine – just an idea.

Ok, sorry for being offtopic – I′m not familiar using github…

The theme that′s used is Enfold: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
(more than 91.000 purchases so far)
