    I finally fix the problem myself yesterday. Sorry, for the delay but I missed time to reply here. Thanks all for trying to help me.

    For your information on how I update my plugins : I update all my plugins from my WordPress dashboard (It’s not an automatic update). I always take a backup of my website before and I verify that the plugins is 100% compatible with my WordPress version before. After that, I manually select the plugins I want to update and then I click on the button Update plugins in the WordPress Updates dashboard. Most of the time it works fine but last time it goes wrong.

    To fix my problem, I download the Woocommerce 7.5.0 plugin directly from the official website and I replace it manually in my ftp in the folder /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce

    Everything is working fine now and the error message disappear.
