The timeout should be increased to 30 seconds on new version. I’ve also noticed these timeouts lately and 30s seems to be more than enough on my tests.
I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. If there are further issues please post here and mark it back as unresolved.
Please access the Errors & Debug menu and post the exact error.
Thanks for the feedback!
Great! I will test Safari too, to see if I can replicate the issue.
I just authorized a website to test it and works ok. Can you try using incognito mode of your browser or using a different browser?
Are you using your own API Project?

Hi,
Most probably you were sending too many requests in a short period of time. You should clear the error after an hour and retry. If the issue persists you should clear authorization and re-authorize the plugin.
@investocrat as suspected above, the pages are missing the <title></title> tag. Probably is a bug in SureCart, I doubt it’s intentional. From a SEO perspective that’s actually a serious problem IMHO. Please contact SureCart about it.
I can fix the issue from our side, the page title is not mandatory on AIWP logic, but would be wise for them to fix it.
Hi,
I will have a look today. From what I have seen so far, it seems that they introduced some pages/posts without a <title> tag or have manipulated this tag in such a way that crashes other plugins using it.
Please send it using the contact form on deconf.com. For the contact reason choose whatever you wish, it doesn’t matter.
Can you give me link of a page/post you’re having issues with to test it out?
IMHO, their plugin introduced a bug and I suspect that on pages you’re having the error there are some valid html tags missing.
Hi and thanks for the feedback.
Can you point me to the discussion with SureCart were the issue was discussed?
Since the plugin wasn’t updated recently and their update caused the issue I would like to see what’s their point of view. While seems improbable considering the timeline and updates it may be an Analytics Insights issue, which I doubt. If it’s indeed a Analytics Insights issue we’ll fix it.
Today, it shows me two pages in two languages that are NOT on my website…
Users use translation tools while browsing, so seeing page titles on a different language is normal.
For some time now, the statistics have been inaccurate, not displaying all pages and users (I have compared with GA4 and other plugins, and the data are different from those shown by Analytics Insight).
The numbers are always different when comparing two analytics services. Some do a better job on filtering spam traffic or invalid traffic than others. Even between Google Analytics 3 an Google Analytics 4 there were considerable differences in numbers, being two tracking technologies provided by same company.
About the difference between Google Analytics website and the plugin reports can you give an example? At which report you’re looking on GA and which one on the plugin.

Hi,
Unfortunately that isn’t possible. The dashboard is designed to work only on admin area.
If you have time, please leave a review. Will be helpful.
Easy Table of Contents is the issue indeed, should be reported to the plugin support.
Thanks for your patience and engagement!
I will check it myself on our testing platform, meanwhile you could check if there are any errors on your PHP log or JavaScript console.
