Okay, I am just trying here. It seems 2 masks (mouse over) 1. Black Fade and 2. Grid Excerpt.

May be this Grid Excerpt mask showing the thumbnail blur?

above code removes black fade. now has another white transparent effect. how to disable this. ?

still not sure why thumbnails have blur effect. there is no option in theme customize settings. may be excerpt mask making it?

EDIT: Black fade (mouse over) does appear (now) in mobile view (handheld device) but don’t have to double click to open the post.

Also.. I installed this plugin “Next Previous” for Navigation but its not showing up. If I change the theme, this plugin works, showing the Arrow for Next and Previous. Is there anyway this plugin work in Customizr? its really simple and useful navigation.

Sorry for asking here. I got update 3.4.31 (3.4.23 installed)

If I install 3.4.31 update, do I have to replace those (above commented by OP and Author) prefix’s in my child themes or does this update auto changes them?

I have many filters in child theme functions.php and custom CSS.

If one have to change manually, this going to be headache for users with no knowledge in php or “How to” (like me).

^^ I did the same and have no idea how to fill (auto move) that <empty space> and gave up because of to understand bootstrap layout. (was in headache of errors with theme that time).

I am trying to get full featured image in mobile view. as |post1| or |post1 post2|.

If only 1 post, the image goes half / rectangle. not square or auto size of image size to fit the screen. if 2 post row, stuck with empty space on right side.

In mobile or tablet (i tested on) which is 720p resolution landscape or portrait mode, having half featured image doesn’t look very good.

it will be really helpful if they added this option because even the very simple designed theme have this feature.

hope someone reply with working codes. ??

I added

pointer-events: none;

in CSS to disable linking in browser but this only disables clicking, not the actual link itself.

is there any other workaround for this?

Sorry for asking again. Is there anyway to set the featured image size to original size please?

I can add a image (not as featured) for original size but I have already 400+ posts with featured image on it, now with this theme the images on top shows 800×500 cropped size. It was rectangle zoomed size (this theme), thanks to that CSS code its not rectangular wrap anymore.

Just want the featured image to simple plain image to its original size.

or is this method available in pro version? I am editing my site to work with this theme, if all seems okay I can buy the pro version but now stuck with this image issue and cant go further.

Please help me.
