In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bombarded by card-testing, fake ordersAdditional info….1) the majority of the orders are using different IP addresses, so blocking IPs is not practical. 2) he emails for all the orders are this pattern: name/six numbers@ gmail.com – e.g., [email protected]. 3) all orders are for a one low-priced item.
I found this thread because we are experiencing this problem now on our website (https://bluescreekguitars.com/) with items disappearing from the cart We have updated and are using version 2.4.1. Are other still experiencing the disappearing items problems even with the updates. Are there other updates coming or something else we can try. (We have checked by deactivating all other plug ins and the issue persists).

In reply to: [Multi Step Form] Hyperlink within section textAdditional comment…I do have the PRO version of the plug in
I have added the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway plug-in, activated it, and connected it to our Paypal. I’m hopeful this will fix the issue but will be back here again if it does not. Thank you.

I guess we do not. We are simply using the Paypal payment option already part of the WooCommerce plug in? Do we need a separate plug in for paypal?
Thank you. I will try your suggestions (although I’ve already done both). By the way, you did not include a link to the guide you referenced for instructions to clean the site.

Could someone from WordFence please assist me with this issue. This is continuing to happen, with every scan.
Thank you
DebbieThank you for a response, here it is:
At least I believe this is what you are requesting. Just let me know if you need something else.
Thank you

In reply to: [ThemeGrill Demo Importer] Destroyed site from vulnerable pluginSanjip, I’m another person whose site is now completely useless…and I can’t even log-in to begin trying to fix it. My host provider is skeptical about restoring to an earlier version because… ” If we simply rollback the site it is possible that the hacker can access it again though a backdoor he could have left somewhere in the files. This is the reason why restoring the site is not really a solution in your case since most likely it would just lead to it getting compromised again.” If we restore it and simply delete the ThemeGrill Demo importer plug in, is it true they likely have infected the files to the point that it they can continue to infect the site again, or does the new updated plug-in fix any outlier “backdoor” hackers created? Thank you.
