Hi,
Yes, The site was and is connected to the same database that it was i the first system status report. At first I only had product items.names missing from time of update forward. now since I have “updated database multiple times” all the product names are gone. I have deactivated all the plugins/ themes and there is no conflict. Totally at a loss…

Thanks! I do not know why it’s showing that – there was not a rollback; and as I mentioned everytime I open the Woo Commerce tab it asks for a database update?
Going to do update to see if that fixes it. Now it Looks like all my product names are gone; at first it was just the produvct names from update forward..

Ran it again and did not solve the issues. Just opened up woo commerce tab and it is again asking me to update database.

Actually ran the update twice. Every time I open the woo commerce tab, I get a message to update the database since 4.0 update.

I am having the same problem. Also, product title, price not showing up in orders in backend.

Thanks. I am using only one conditional tag- for product category widget in WPEC. Tag is is_page('309') and I confirmed with documentation post on developer’s site. It is now working but is actually triplicating the category links in WPEC. So I am assuming there is some sort of interference. Checked out all the forums and doesn’t seem to be any posts about this .

Moved my website to a new host and everything seems OK except that I am getting this error message. Host telling me its a super cache problem and I need to disable it, but I can’t login to back end of site to disable. How do I manually disable super cache and solve the error message. site is https://www.design-confidential.com can’t bring up home page as super cache is pointing to old host site.
