I think there is still a misunderstanding.

In the following picture I highlighted the text I mean (with a red arrow):

I will try to explain you what I mean:

– Go to your demo page https://demo.documentor.in/
– Type in “map” – the auto complete will show “Insert a Map”.
– Click on “Insert a Map” – you will automatically scroll down to the corresponding section.

Now comes the important part:

– Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you will see the text “Insert a Map” in the bottom left corner. –> This is I guess not a “feature”.

Any ideas? Suggestions?

I can confirm your issue. Seems that the recaptcha creates a DIV overlaying your input fields.

This does not help.

There is no issue with the mail server. The form is successfully submitted whenever I remove the reCAPTCHA from the form code. So it definitely has to do something with the reCAPTCHA.

I’ve now created a second form below the one that is not working. I just removed the reCAPTCHA there and it works fine.

I can confirm this issue. I just tried to integrate recaptcha into my form. It is shown – everything looks fine. But when submitting the form, I get an error. The default error message is shown:

“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

The documentation describes issue #2. What about issue #1? It’s a precondition for #2.

Sorry. My last comment is wrong. After updating the Plugin to the latest version it is broken.
