Hello @abegreenpress
Could you share the cache URL, please? We are not able to remove a direct image link from the CDN.
Thanks.
Hello @sharonbeyond
To move the stats and followers from one domain to another, we need both sites connected to the Jetpack.
We need the original domain and the new domain to migrate the data, but if you prefer to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. Please include a link to this thread if you choose to reach out directly.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] CDN images brokenHi @rockharbor
Could you confirm if this behavior occurs if you deactivate the Jetpack Site Accelerator?
You can learn more about broken images at Jetpack Site Accelerator [here].
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hi @samgo3c
We could not resolve the A record for your domain, likely, you have recently registered your domain name.
It takes several hours for new or transferred domain names to start working, so please check back later.
Please contact your web hosting provider if you still have the same error after 48 hours.
Let me know if you have any questions.
To permanently remove the cache images, you need to deactivate the Site Accelerator.
Once you remove an image from the cache, if you reach the removed URL again, it triggers the CDN, rebuilding the image on the cache.
I cleaned the URLs you sent and the images were removed from the cache.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Hi @fl0645
Since your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may contribute to this issue.
Could you please try pausing Cloudflare as described [here]?
The steps [here] will help to ensure that your site is optimized to work well with Cloudflare.
After you’ve made the changes, try again to see if the issue persists.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack SynchronisierungHi @anime4fans
We primarily provide support in English. So, for now, I’ll be replying in English, but you can respond to me in your language and I’ll enter your messages into Google Translate, I hope that’s ok.
I triggered a new sync between your site and Jetpack systems. It could take a few minutes to some hours to be completed, so I recommend you contact us back in a couple of hours to confirm if the sync is finished.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

We need the original/live domain address and the staging site domain address to move the subscribers to the correct domain.
Could you provide them, please?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Website is down!Hello @holahoralatina
Please, contact your hosting support for further assistance, we do not provide server support at this channel, and since the error is related to the host, their support team will be able to help you more efficiently.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hello,
Since the issue is private and it is being addressed via support contact, I am closing this ticket.
Hi @dzire2dzine
Jetpack is not connected to your site. That means we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file, which is needed for our connection:
YOURDOMAIN/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack
The link above must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
You can see a working example here: https://jetpack.me/xmlrpc.php
Since your site returns an error for this page, please check the following:
* Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP (if you’re not sure what this means, please ask your hosting customer support for a hand)? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard → Upgrades page, then clicking the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
* Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file. Again, if you’re not sure what this means, your host customer support should be able to lend a hand.
* Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your hosting support and ask them to allow Jetpack to access xmlrpc.php.
Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com:
https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hi @luishebel
I checked the access of your site to the REST API and it is all correct, showing no errors.
It’s possible that there might be a conflict on your site.
I know it’s less than ideal, but would you please try to disable all of your plugins except Jetpack Boost.
Then try testing again to see if the error persists. If it goes away, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here.
You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one.
If it’s still not working after disabling the plugins, it may be the theme.
Would you please switch to one of the default themes to see if that fixes it?
If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
Let me know if you have any questions.
