Info regarding Fluency and WordPress 3.3, and when an update might be expected can be found here

My test installation didn’t have “lots” of plugins so that feature wasn’t fully tested, pretty sure the code that handles the multi-column menus is still all there, but I’m guessing the changes to the default admin have meant that the old code isn’t working with the new menus.

hmm… its possible that I’ve forgotten to put back the bit of code that loads the translations (because I didn’t have any translations to go with the new release. Will need to investigate and find out.

As you would have seen, the default admin interface in WordPress 3.2 received an overhaul, as a result the new version of Fluency requires almost an entire rewrite – this was more work than I originally anticipated, but I’m working on it right now, and will be all weekend. The installation and activation of Fluency shouldn’t have any impact on any front-end theme, Fluency only changes your admin area (anything under /wp-admin/)
