I think Event Espresso would at least cover most of the things you need, but as you stated it is not specifically designed for property rental.

1. Recurring Courses to be “Events” that are bookable, i guess I know how to set this up!
(description with the possiblity to buy the course and book attendace to be able to know in advance who will attend classes as pupils are free to come every week if they want or not and the school never knows how many pupils will attend a class in advance, this could help to forsee the attandance if pupils visit the page a book attendance

Yes, via events. If I am right, you have a single purchase that is open for say 6 weeks, and people can turn up at any point.

EE can handle the registration for the initial event but it isn’t possible to track them further down the line, unless they register to another event.

2. Renting the Studio

The only way to do it would be via events and timeslots. Both EE3 and EE4 allow you to have timeslot capabilities, though EE3 cannot have group bookings for those time slots. That shouldn’t matter for you as it would be a single “ticket” per time slot anyway.

So I believe that it could be done, even though EE is designed to handle it.

3. Events on special occassions (like showing parents what their kids achieved)

Yes just set up an event for it.

4. Having an on-page overview in table form (timetable as a grid) of these all included:
4.1. Courses/Classes,
4.2. rented studio time and
4.3. special events

That is an issue yes. Our latest premium version Event Espresso 4 has an expanded system that allows a finer control over the tickets and datetimes.

To answer your questions:

1) The premium version allows a variety of different gateways – https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/ (click the tabs for EE3 and EE4 at the bottom).

PayPal can also be used to accept credit cards, but this needs to be set in your PayPal account.

2) We don’t have anything that integrates with online teleconferencing.
