@willoftheweb – how do I go about adding jQuery as a dependency for FTG?

I have an issue (Divi) with FTG working fine while I’m logged in, but fails to load once logged out.
Is this any clue what might be causing it?

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).removeAttr is not a function at (index):240

I’m pretty sure it has to do with _transient_pll_languages_list in the wp-options table. Supposedly, it caches language strings to speed up Polylang.
When I delete _transient_pll_languages_list, it throws:

This webpage has a redirect loop
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Any ideas?
