I think he’s referring to the blog tag line and not tags. The requirements don’t really specify where it should be displayed, just that it is displayed. So anywhere on the front page should do I would think. Mine is in the header on every page. They do require that the tag line must be the one the blog author specifies. I had written a small function to send up a few random ones and they said no. So I added another script to make the random tag line an option and set the author’s tag line as the default.
