Something like this may work for you… Modify it accordingly and place it at the top of your form.

That sorta works for me there are some resolutions and situtations where the image fails to show at all but mostly it does.

I seem to have a similar problem to you ravalde. I have setup a quote form on a clients web site and every PC I have tested on a netbook and flatpanel at higher resolutions the images line up on the right of the form, but the client’s setup seems to lose one of the images from the top right as they showed me in a screen capture. Seems a bit of a mystery. I hope someone has some suggestions as well.
