I opened a “private” window (which I think would mimic visiting a page for the first time) and it worked… Contrary to that I did the same thing in Chrome (incognito) and the problem happened… I opened up the developer tab and noticed an error occur every time I clicked on the video…

(index):1 Uncaught ReferenceError: kgvid_SetVideo is not definedonclick @ (index):1

I’m really not sure how to recreate it… It seems random… Quit browser, open window, go to page, click to another page, and click back… The only thing I know for sure that IS consistent is that when it happens, a refresh ALWAYS fixes it.

My client said the same thing happens to her so I know it’s not just me – I’m sure it will happen for you too at some point — though I’m not wishing it lol!!! I just want it to work all the time :)!

Can I ask why a fix for this has not yet been considered? Is it because slugs will eventually work its way into future releases?

This last update appears to have broken something!

The default language of my website is English, and when I click to fire it in french, it works great, but then I’m stuck viewing it in french!!

When I mouse over the language switcher it points to the english url, but when I click on it, it loads the french page again.

Even if I manually type in a url like https://www.website.com/contact/ it redirects me to https://www.website.com/fr/contact/

My system browser language is English and I shut-off the auto direct just to be sure that’s not the problem.

Would any one know what might cause this? I don’t recall this issue with the last update,

Thank you for these resources, however the site itself appears to be fine.

This only shows in this specific plugin — and when I turn the countdown timer on, it goes away and is replaced with the countdown timer.

I deleted the the plugin, reinstalled it and the problem remains.

I’ve since setup a “Redirect 410” in my .htaccess file — but I just wanted to bring this to attention incase there was a vulnerability with this specific plugin that needs to be addressed.

I will read through your links though as I’m sure they will be beneficial!
