Is there an attribute that I can add to the shortcode to hide(or show) search?
I have one form here on this page that searches for locations: (working fine)

https://www.hotshottactical.com/dealers/online-retailers/Checking ‘Hide Search Form’ in map settings hides both forms. I just need one hidden.

I’m deactivated, deleted, reinstalled.

I’m using the shortcode on a page. I tried using <?php wp_stripe_form(); ?> in my template and oddly enough, it doesn’t even create the ‘button link’.
Like philhagen, testing worked and css is being loaded.
Using WP 3.3.2 and wp-stripe 1.3.3.
Your Nextgen css stylesheet is probably overriding your default stylesheet.
In your header.php try moving your default stylesheet (usually style.css) just under
<?php wp_head(); ?>. But keep it above </head>Forum: Plugins
