I believe I figured it out. I am using managed wordpress so it must have cached some setting. After waiting for a bit the login reset to normal and I was able to login. YIKES!

Doh!!!!!! I figured it out. Go Figure, just minutes after i succumb to the support forums, I figure it out!!!

Solution: Set the opacity value for the overlay to be 0 (or maybe a littler higher to emphasize the pop up).
