If you look at the aggregator site:

They are not working. The Tumblr an social networking site feeds are, but I have no idea why WP and Posterous are going bonkers.

I fixed it! I looked at the wp_redirection_items table, and there it was! For some reason, it wasn’t showing in the Redirection options in the WP Dashboard.
