Thanks for the reply. The email address is well known to the org I am with and I am conversing with them on the same email so its definitely valid, and they are annoyed they don’t get the email! My question is to how can I find out what the bounce reason is specifically.

I have read every article under the sun on this. Please believe me that I only post in forums as last resort to solve my question.
