In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Event Tickets CSV Report Still Not WorkingHello – we’re still unable to export multiple attendees to CSV file, from TICKETS –> ATTENDEES.
I’m logged in as an administrator (have administrator role associated with my user). We have no problems exporting attendees from a single event.
What is the best way forward for my business to get this much-needed feature working at our site?
We’re using Event Tickets Version 5.13.4, Event Tickets Plus Version 6.0.4 — happy to provide other plug-in info or whatever might be useful. Thanks! -Dan at Higher Fire in San Jose, CA.
PS. here is the info from up thread:
<SNIP>
We still receive errors when trying to export just a dozen or so attendees (Tickets –> Attendees, select a dozen attendees, then click “export”).
A new tab opens, takes 25-30 seconds with blank screen, then we get this error:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
No email received with additional instructions. We checked our wordpress email inbox.
We’ve used Event Tickets plug-in for years for class registrations and have 10,347 items (tickets) of historical data. Does the plug-in fail with this amount of data to search? We’re only selecting 10-12 tickets to export, and the site barfs… what would happen if we wanted to export the last 3 months of tickets (a couple hundred items)?
What is the best way to troubleshoot this? Any way to get on a support call with someone instead of long/tedious screen capturing and email exchanges? THANKS! -Dan at Higher Fire in San Jose, CA.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Event Tickets CSV Report Still Not WorkingWe have this problem too. Please provide a fix or workaround. It’s never been a problem to download a CSV list of attendees from a single event. But when we go to Tickets –> Attendees and select several months of class participants’ contact information across multiple events… then you click “Export” … new tabs keep opening. There’s no CSV file getting downloaded. Have tried multiple browsers. Plug-ins are all up to date.
I did compare URLs for the working “export” from a single event vs. export of attendees across multiple events. Here’s the working export URL from a single event:
Here’s the NON-WORKING URL from attempt to export attendees across multiple events:
Please let us know if there is a plan to fix this — we have over 10,000 attendees from running multiple years of classes at our business and would like an easy way to utilize contact information, etc. THANKS!
Thank you for the reply – may I ask if there is reference documentation (API info) on how one can insert records into the PMS Subscription Logs — is that readily available? Where do we read up on that…?
Thanks for the reply!? Our site has a "User Renewals" option in WordPress' left margin just above?Paid Member Subscriptions: https://snipboard.io/BzaGjD.jpg Each month, many of our members pay for their subscription renewal via credit card (recurring payment with our processor), and we go to the User Renewals page to update their expiration dates.? We choose? "add one month" to all of those users who've paid their renewal dues. We then click on "Update users" to mass-update our users' expiration dates;? in the example below -- I'm updating the expiration dates of 6 subscribers (last 6 alphabetically) with one additional month- https://snipboard.io/GW9xkj.jpg Back to our original question .... below you see an example of one of our members, as seen through the Paid Member Subscriptions menu -- drilling down to their?Subscription Log... https://snipboard.io/7Jimtw.jpg The entries in the?Subscription Log?are added whenever one makes either of the following types of edits -- 1. [ORANGE line]?manual entry in the log (i.e., type something in the "Add entry manually..." area and click "Add log"), OR 2. [PURPLE line]?manually editing the user's expiration date in this screen and then clicking "save subscription" We are asking for an automated entry into the user's subscription log that captures when & who changed their expiration date via the User Renewals screen that we use, as shown here -- https://snipboard.io/BzaGjD.jpg. Can it be done?? Do we have to code it ourselves? Let me know what questions you have, and THANKS! -Dan p.s. I'm starting to think it's possible that our web developer created the User Renewals screen for us... and it's not a standard feature with this plug-in?
