Woodmart is one of the most popular themes on Themeforest. so, might not be a bad idea to at least take a look. https://themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/20264492 Unfortuntely our client won’t chnage the theme for this issue since it ony affects a few products using this plugin.

You mention this will require further backend investigation. I can provide admin access to a staging site if that helps. Let me know

Thanks for the update. I see you have those set as radio buttons, mine are checkboxes.. Also the English (main language works) but it’s the 2nd language (French ) that doesn’t work.

I tried deactivating non-essential plugins (Excluding WPML, Woo, Theme required plugins ) and no luck. We will launch next week, so at that time we can troubleshoot further on this testing site to try and narrow it down deeper.

Thanks Matt. I found the issue which was a plugin conflict.. Since that plugin update all is good now.

If I go Hi,

I get it . A picture is worth a thousand works, but when try to edit or add new from the Media screen , the popup modal window is blank ??

Media >> Visual Library >> Try to edit an existing Pie Chart >> Blank modal window when I click on the edit icon

Media >> Visual Library >> Add new >> Blank modal window when I click on the edit icon

The removal of the mod security from this client url seems to have resolved the issue of inserting the short-code, but we can still not edit the chart once it has been inserted.

Any suggestions ?

PS I did install on a different server and it worked, so perhaps this is the issue.
