Same here! I think it has something to do with the APC cache, because when you restart Apache everything works fine again for a few hours…

I’ve also removed the ” (required)” string from the Website field in the comment area. IMHO only the name and e-mail fields are required.

I just red this blog post and I remember that the same thing happened to me, but only on the search results page. So I don’t know if jeyef’s problem is the same, but in my blog it had something to do with the size of the search icon:

When it works it looks like this:
