In reply to: [Twitter Feeder] [Plugin: Twitter Feeder] Cannot deleteFound the answer. Open your FTP and get into your site from there. Under WP-content, open the Plug-Ins folder.
Right click on the trouble-maker and choose, “Delete.”
I did this, and when I went back to my plug-ins list, Twitter Feeder was gone.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Have custom page template, need help with contentThanks for checking back. Fixed the typo and it seems to be working just like I want. RE: could have figured that out…..
You’re giving me credit for much more knowledge than I actually have. Fairly new at this. Thanks again for your help! DianeForum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Have custom page template, need help with contentI copied and pasted the code you gave into the template. Put it between the get header and get footer tags. Viewed the site. Lost the footer. Tried to write copy on the html screen, but it didn’t make it onto the site.
Trying to do static pages, not blogs or posts.
Thanks, DBForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Setting up Privacy StatementWill try that, thanks!

In reply to: Setting up Privacy StatementWhen I create a new page, it automatically shows up on the navigation bar. I can give it an order number to place it where I want among all the other pages. But I don’t see where I get the option to hide it completely.

In reply to: Setting up Privacy StatementThank you for replying. Have no problem creating a page with my privacy statement on it. If you looked at my site, I already have links on the sidebar that I can direct to the page. But, I don’t want the page to show up on the navigation bar.
Saw a reply that said to go to wp_list_pages
and use the exclude parameter to keep the page from being seen on the navigation bar. But where do I find it?
Am so frustrated by this. Would be so happy for the help.

In reply to: Uploaded html file, get 404 errorThink I confused the issue. When I first asked, I still had my privacy and terms as pages on my site, which I don’t want. I want visitors to click on a link and have a window open up with the info.
(My primary site is https://www.weight-loss-at-last.com.)
This is for my add on domain https://www.modernimagemonitor.com.
Struggling with this for a while, head is a confused jumble at this point. Would so much appreciate it if someone could tell me exactly what to name the html file and exactly where to put it on my add on site. Thanks for your time, DB
