ok… I fixed the code that is messed up… pretty sure I got it fixed anyway.. then I worked on the google fonts issue. I temporarily deleted it but when I go to CSS validation service it still shows the errors. Not sure what to do now.

Thankyou so much for this information. I will have my work cut out for me this afternoon!! I will never again use inline CSS. Like I said I am a newbie and I got all carried away trying to fix things.

so is this something a newbie can fix??? can you please tell me where I go to fix the mark-up errors?? Is this in someplace other than the stylesheet? I am very willing to do the work with just a little help at where I need to correct these errors. Thankyou for your response.

I made all the changes that you suggested above and I am sorry to say that it did not change my fonts. Do you have any other suggestions? Do you think my files are somehow corrupted from me making so many different changes over the past few months without not really knowing what I was doing??

Thankyou for your response..Ok… I can do that.. so that takes care of the body of the page but what about the header title??? Also the other big problem is getting that text out of my header image :o(

I am a newbie and I do not understand the question regarding which element I am trying to apply the font to but I can tell you I am working on my front page trying to change fonts from the site title all the way down to the bottom. Some I have been able to change and the other problem I have is through changing so many times I have ended up with wording in my header image of all things. Thankyou so much for any advice

I am trying to change my entry title to Tangerine. It will not change. I have contacted my server and they say its nothing on their end. I have contacted my website advisor through wordpress and they was access to my server error logs. I am using prose. I have tried changing CSS (what little I know about it) and yet nothing changes. I have been working on this for months! I really need help! I have downloaded google web fonts and I am unable to change fonts through that too. There are lots of error messages on my error logs. I am starting to think that these fonts are for non-commercial only. If someone could please tell me I have to pay if this is for a small business it would help alleviate much frustration. Also…please recommend a good site for buying fonts for my prose theme thankyou.

Is this done in my style.css or by going into “Pages” and then editing. I have been at this all day and getting nowhere. If only it is as simple as it says. For some strange reason it changed my font size and color and I have been trying to get that back to original and I even see in the css it has the new font I want but the page shows the font as the old one.
